EU dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and currently we do not.
Liability for content
We compose this site with care, but cannot guarantee that every external link or statement is accurate, complete, or current. As service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7 (1) TMG and general law. Under §§ 8–10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information or to investigate facts indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block use of information under general law remain unaffected — any liability begins from the point at which a concrete violation becomes known.

Our site links to external third-party sites. We have no influence over their content. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of linked pages. Linked pages were checked at the time of linking for possible violations; no unlawful content was apparent. Continuous monitoring without concrete evidence is unreasonable.
